What is a 4 Bedroom Maisonette Apartment?

A Maisonette spans two floors with its own private internal staircase — like a duplex but more contemporary and stylish.

At Mannavilla LTD, the Maisonette occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors:

  • 2nd Floor: Living room, super-sized kitchen with pantry, dining area, anteroom, guest toilet, guest room and spacious maid's room / BQ.
  • 3rd Floor: Family lobby, 2 bedrooms and a king-size master bedroom with large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom — accessible only via the private staircase.

It feels like a private duplex with all the security and amenities of a gated estate.

When is the completion date for the project?

Mannavilla LTD commenced in 2023 and is targeted for completion by December 2025. Currently past 60% completion and on schedule. Site inspections available at 103 Ihechuwa Street off MCC Road, Ikenegbu Layout, Owerri.

Are there other charges to pay after purchasing?

Yes. Budget for:

  • Legal / Solicitor Fees for reviewing and executing the Deed of Assignment
  • Agency / Documentation Fees where applicable
  • Annual Service Charge — covering security, cleaning, pool and gym maintenance, generator fuel and estate upkeep

When do I get allocation (unit assignment)?

Upon payment of the reservation deposit and signing of the subscription agreement — your unit is then removed from the market and reserved exclusively for you.

Units are limited. Act promptly to secure your preferred type and floor.

What happens if I cannot complete payment within 6 to 9 months?

Communicate with our team as early as possible. Grace periods, penalties and default provisions are stipulated in your signed subscription agreement. Early communication gives us the best chance to find a workable solution — do not wait until a default occurs.

Will the estate be serviced? How much is the service charge?

Yes. Mannavilla LTD will be a fully serviced estate. The charge covers 24-hour security, cleaning, pool and gym upkeep, generator fuel and water treatment maintenance.

The specific amount will be confirmed closer to completion. Contact our sales team for current projections.

What happens if the company does not deliver by December 2025?

Your subscription agreement contains a completion date clause and developer delay provisions — ensure your solicitor reviews these before signing.

Mannavilla LTD is committed to on-schedule delivery. The project is past 60% and site inspections are available anytime to verify personally.
